Can I place a telephone order?

We do not accept phone orders. All orders need be placed online and our website has been designed to offer you maximum security.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we operate a very fast 24/7 Warehouse once your order is placed it is sent immediately to the warehouse and changes cannot be made. If you have ordered the wrong item we would ask you to make another order and send the incorrect item back to us.

The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us by email quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

The Promotion code does not work?

our website promotional codes often run for a limited period of time so please make sure you check the expiry date of the code. They are sometimes available on certain brands or product categories only; this information is detailed within the exclusions which can be found on the mailer or in-package flyer for further information.

Where is my order?

If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The carrier has experienced a delay in which case your tracking information should display any delays and a new delivery date.

  • The delivery company has tried to deliver and has left you a calling card.

  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour.

  • Your parcel has been left in a safe place.

  • Delays due to local postal volumes or adverse weather conditions.

  • Orders going outside of the EU may encounter customs delays.

If none of these apply, please check with the carrier or your local sorting office as they might be able to locate your parcel and provide you with further information.

How do I return a product from the UK?

To return a product, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the return note

Please tick the ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ box next to the products you are returning and choose a reason code from the list. If you are exchanging a product, please ensure that you state the size and colour of the replacement item. In case you have already disposed of your return note, please attach a note with your name and billing address details or order number so that we can identify the return.

2. Repackage your products

Tear off the return note and place it inside the package. Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.

3. Return via your preferred method

At our website we offer a free returns service via Collect+, alternatively you can also use Royal Mail. If selecting an alternative service we recommend using a tracked service. Take the parcel to your nearest store/post office and keep any receipts as they will contain your tracking number.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.

Upon inspection of the returned product, our website will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, our website reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
